Q. Once I have made my reservation through the website or email, will I receive any
written confirmation from the hotel?
 
Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation. If any email will not be sent to you
for two days and more, please contact us by e-mail at info@hotel-taiyo.com
 
Q. Is the room rate per person or per night?
 
Price is in Japanese YEN and is per room per night and includes tax.
 
Q. Are the rooms air conditioned?
 
Yes, all of our rooms have air conditioning.
 
Q. Can I request Non-smoking room?
 
Yes you can. In case Non-smoking rooms are occupied already, we can refresh
the smell of your room before your check in.
 
Q. What are your checking in and checking out times? Can you arrange early check in?
 
Check in time is 12:00, and check out time is 10:00.
Early check in time can be arranged and is subject to availability.
 
Q. Do you provide linens ?
 
Yes, it is included in your room charge. Towels, Toothbrush, and Japanese bathrobe is also included.
 
Q. Do you have curfew?
 
Yes, the curfew is 24:00. We close the gate for your security, but we open the door
when you ring the doorbell outside if you come back after 24:00.
 
Q. Do you have rooms for 3 persons?
 
Yes, 3 persons can stay at Twin Japanese-style room B.
 
Q. Do you have rooms for only ladies?
 
Yes, we have Ladies single rooms and Ladies twin room at the 9th floor (the top floor).
They are all non-smoking rooms.
 
Q. Do you have rooms which contain a Bathroom?
 
No, all of our rooms do NOT contain their own private bathroom, and most of rooms do not
have a restroom inside the room. There is a public bathroom at the 1st floor, and
public restrooms are at the every floor. Look at the page "facilities" about the bath.
 
Q. Do you have a private shower room?
 
No, we don't have any private shower room. You can use the private shower rooms
at the hotel near by (30seconds walk from our hotel) with no charge.
 
Q. Can I send my luggage by express delivery to your hotel before I check in?
 
Yes, You can send it to the following address.
Be sure to write your check-in date on the delivery label.

Q. Can luggage be left at the hotel?
 
Luggage can be left at your room. And also, we can keep your luggage at the reception
before your checking in, or after your checking out.
 
Q. Is there any locker in your hotel ?
 
No, we don't have lockers, but we keep your valuables at the reception.
 
Q. Do you have internet access? Can I connect my laptop to the internet?
 
Internet service available free of charge.
We have Internet service available free of charge at first floor for your laptop.
 
Q. Are there any convenience stores nearby?
 
Yes, there is FAMILYMART nearby, and 100yen store next to it.
 
Q. Can I get any discount for long staying?
 
Yes, we can discount 10% of the amount for your 10 nights stay.
 
Q. What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
 
To avoid cancellation charge, you must cancel reservation 24hours in advance.
100% of the room charge for No-show.
