Q. After making my reservation through the website or via email, will I receive any
written confirmation from the hotel? |

A. Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation. If an email is not sent to you
within two days, please contact us by e-mail at info@hotel-taiyo.com |

| Q. Is the room rate per person or per night? |
| |
| A. Price is in Japanese YEN and is per room per night and includes tax. |
| |
| Q. Do the rooms come with air conditioning? |
| |
| A. Yes, all of our rooms have air conditioning. |
| |
| Q. Can I request Non-smoking room? |
| |
| A. Yes you can. |
| |
| Q. What are your check-in in and check-out times? Can you arrange an early check in? |
| |
A. Check-in time is 12:00, and check-out time is 10:00.
Early check-in times can be arranged but are subject to availability. |

| Q. If the hotel front gate closes at 12:00 am, can I still return later? |
| |
A. Yes, just ring the bell and the staff will let you in. Occasionally the staff will check the hotel grounds for problems, if there is no response at the door, please wait a few minutes for them to return. |

| Q. Are there rooms that accommodate 3 people? |
| |
| A. Yes, 3 people can stay in a Twin Japanese-style room B. |

| Q. Do you have rooms available for women only? |
| |
A. Yes, we have Ladies single rooms and Ladies twin rooms available on at the 9th floor (the top floor).
They are all non-smoking rooms. |

| Q. Do the rooms have their own toilet? |
| |
A. No, not all of our rooms have their own private bathroom, However, there is a public
restroom and washroom on each floor, and there is a public bath located on the 1st floor. Look at the facilities page for more information about the bathing facilities.

| Q. Do you have a private shower room? |
| |
A. No, we don't have any private shower rooms. You can use the private shower rooms
at a nearby hotel(a 30second walk from our hotel) free of charge. |

| Q. Can I send my luggage by express delivery to your hotel before I check in? |
| |
A. Yes, You can send it to the following address.
Be sure to write your check-in date on the delivery label.

| Q. What credit card types are accepted at your hotel? |

| A. VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Diners. |

| Q. Can luggage be left at the hotel? |
| |
A. Luggage can be left in your room. Also, we can keep your luggage at the reception desk
before your check-in, or after your check-out. |

| Q. Do you have internet access? Can I connect my laptop to the internet? |
| |
A. Internet service is available free of charge.
There are computers available in the 1st floor lobby. We also have a LAN cable in the lobby area for hooking up your laptop. |

| Q. Are there any convenience stores nearby? |
| |
| A. Yes, there is a FamilyMart a Lawson's, and a 100yen store nearby. |

| Q. Can I get any sort discount for a long staying? |
| |
| A. Yes, if you stay for 10 nights or more we will discount you rate by 10%. |

| Q. What is the cancellation policy on my reservation? |
| |
A. If you cancel your booking for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible for the sake of other travelers who have not found accommodation yet.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be required if you cancel ALL of your reservation as in the following cases:
* 1 day prior to arrival date --- 20% of total accommodation fee
* On arrival date --- 80% of total accommodation fee
* No show --- 100% of total accommodation fee
*except stay in a group |
